Born and raised in the McClintock Homestead of New Moorefield, Ohio. Graduated from Mt Vernon Academy in Mt. Vernon, Ohio where she met the love of her life Howard W Gold. They soon married and relocated to Pennsylvania where their 3-children, (Robert, Larry, Bonnie) were born. When the children were of school age they relocated back to New Moorefield and raised their family. Howard and Carolyn retired to Ocala Floria until Carolyn passed away from a perferated ulcer.
