August Theodor (July 14, 1822-Oct. 8, 1910 –single –Catholic priest –son of Benedict Andres Durst and Friederika Marie Von Vokammer –born at Dusseldorf, Rheinland, Prussia –immigrated to the US in 1855 [from 1900 census] –was the pastor at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in School Hill, Town of Meeme from Jan. 1, 1880 to July 1, 1885 and then from Dec. 1, 1886 to Jan. 1, 1889 –died from “old age” –death record is found only in the Record of Internments for Members of the Colony –buried at St. Gregory Catholic Cemetery in St. Nazianz, Town of Eaton [buried in Section 1, Row 1, Lot 26 –no stone but a wooden cross and cement base with no dates –in 2019 the St. Nazianz Area Historical Society placed a marker on this grave) [no county death record]
