ROSALINDA ENDRIES

Rosalinda Schnell, 92, of North Ridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Manitowoc, died on Oct. 16, 2006 at Aurora Medical Center in Two Rivers. The funeral was on Oct. 18 at St. Gregory Catholic Church in St. Nazianz. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial was the Rev. Gregory Coulthard, with burial at the church cemetery the following morning.

Rosalinda was born on Feb. 16, 1914 in Charlestown, daughter of the late Andrew and Bertha Sukowaty Woelfel. She married John P. Endries and he preceded her in death March 7, 1957. On December 27, 1958 she married Norbert A. Schnell. He preceded her in death July 13, 1999.
Rosalinda was a member of St. Gregory Catholic Church in St. Nazianz and the St. Gregory Christian Mothers. She also volunteered her time as a 4-H Leader.

Survivors include six sons and three daughters-in-law, Alois Endries of St. Nazianz, James and Jerriann Endries of rural Valders, Leo and Okie Endriese of California, Mark Endries of International Falls, Minn., Roger Endriese of Rockville, Ill., and Gary and Ruth Schnell of Valders; five daughters and four sons-in-law, Selvina and Delmar Lettenberger of Wooddale, Ill., Genrose and Richard Lettenberger of Manitowoc, Florence and George Woelfel of Chilton, Carol Jane and John Kumbalek of Manitowoc and Joanne Hooper of Manitowoc; She is also survived by 39 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, one sister, Violet Geiser; one brother and two sisters-in-law, Wilbert and Helen Woelfel of Manitowoc and Ann Woelfel of Green Bay; other sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by a son, Eugene Endries; two daughters and sons-in-law, Estella and Herbert Boettcher and Anna Mae and James Rosecky; one daughter-in-law, Julianne Endries and two grandchildren, Brenda and Jeffrey.

The Christianson and Deja Funeral Home of Valders assisted the family with funeral arrangements.
