GEORGE FEHRENBACH

George Fehrenbach, 78, who has made his home with Mr. and
Mrs. Nick Steffen of St. Nazianz for the past seventeen years, died Wednesday morning at 5:15 o'clock following a two weeks' illness.
Born in Baden, Germany, September 24, 1857, Mr. Fehrenbach came to America and settled in St. Nazianz with his parents at the age of four years. For 25 years he lived in Perham, Minn., and seventeen years ago returned to St. Nazianz to live with his nephew, Mr. Steffen. He never married. Mr. Fehrenbach was a
member of the Holy Name society. The society will attend the funeral in a body and will recite the rosary at the Forester hall in St. Nazianz Friday evening at 7:30.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Caroline Steffen, near Kiel.
Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 10 o'clock at the St. Gregory's church, St. Nazianz. Burial will be made in the adjoining cemetery. The body will lie at the Forester hall until the time of the services.
