Habersetzer, Maria Helena (child –Nov. 21, 1867-Oct. 30, 1871 [birth date comes from birth record] –daughter of Leonard Habersetzer and Rosa Steible [Leonard and Rosa married on May 7, 1867 at St. Gregory –Leonard and Rosa lived in the Town of Eaton and had 9 children there, two of whom died in 1871 –in the 1870 census for the Town of Liberty, Leonard and Rosa are shown living on the farm at 13920 Newton Road in Section 28, Town of Liberty with their two daughters Maria [age 2] and Rosa [age 1] –also living here was Leonard’s father-in-law Leonard Steible –in 1885 the family moved to the state of Washington] –born Town of Eaton –died Town of Liberty –died from “scarlet fever”) –buried at St. Gregory Catholic Cemetery in St. Nazianz, Town of Eaton [buried in Old Section 1, Row 11, Lot 3] [death record Manitowoc 1-121]
