Born in Salem, daughter of the late Francis and Bessie (Butler) Stanley, she was a resident of Marblehead for more than 53 years.
Mrs. Bartlett was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, Marblehead, and a life member of the Marblehead Chapter OES.
Surviving her are two daughters, Mrs. James H. (Marilyn) Quillen and Mrs. F. William (Cynthia) Edwards, both of Marblehead; two sisters, Mrs. Edna Foster of St. Petersburg, Fla. and Mrs. Barbara Davis of Marblehead; four grandchildren, Michael J. and Gregory H. Quillen, Scott W. and Carl R. Edwards, all of Marblehead.
