Gloria Estelle Tenney left us on Friday, October 12, 2012 to enter her eternal restful peace. She had been in the tender care of William Childs Hospice House in Palm Bay, Florida.

Gloria was born on February 28, 1928 in Lowell, Massachusetts, to the parents of Maurice Donat Miron and Georgiana Miron. As a young child Gloria lived in Wilmington, Massachusetts with parents and sister, Claire and brother, Norman. While living in Massachusetts, Gloria worked many years with the Salada Tea Company.

After marrying Hugh "Red" Joseph Tenney on January 10, 1954, she was a homemaker and mother to three daughters. Gloria also worked in the Electronics industry, but mainly assisted her husband in their family business, Randall's Bakery, which was located in Reading, Massachusetts during the 1960's.

Next their family moved to Melbourne, Florida, to work with Publix Supermarkets' Danish Bakery and to enjoy living in the warm climate.

While in Florida, Gloria and her husband "Red" relocated to Orlando, continuing to work with Publix Supermarkets. Later, Gloria worked as an associate with L. Luria & Son, a leading catalog-showroom retailer whose core business was jewelry.

After Gloria was widowed, she retired in Melbourne, Florida to spend time with her family.

Gloria was a loving and devoted wife, mother and sister. She delighted in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed time spent with family and friends, shopping, and cooking for loved ones.

Gloria was a caring person, always giving to those in need.

Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son-in-law (Regienald Ryan), brother, and sister.
