Annie & Thomas were married in Iron Mountain, Dickinson, Michigan on

October 24, 1889. G.H. Whitney, pastor of Methodist Episcopal Church officiated

the wedding. Attendants were John Reynolds & John Blackney of the same city.

Annie, 22, was a dressmaker & the daughter of John & June (Hoskins) Reynolds. Thomas, 26, was an iron ore miner & the son of John & Annie (Ennor?) Blackney.

Mrs. Thomas Blackney died at the family home yesterday after an illness of about

a year [Tuberculosis], aged 50 years.

Anna Laura Reynolds came with her parents to Iron Mountain in 1880 & she has

resided here ever since.

She married Thomas Blackney in this city in 1889. To this union were born 5 daughters, Mary, Anna, Nancy, Kathryn, Gardia, & 3 sons, John, Thomas & Wiltson, all of whom, with the husband survive her, excepting 1 son, John, who preceded her in death

some 3 years ago.

A sister, Mrs. William Thomas of Crystal Falls, Mich., a brother, Henry Reynolds &

father, John Reynolds, of this city, also survive her.
