Anthony "Babe" J. Rosetti, husband of the late Mary (Lengel) Rosetti, 90 of Phoenixville, died on Friday in the Seasons Hospice of the Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Phoenixville a son to the late Francis and Angela (Sape) Rosetti; Anthony resided all his life in Phoenixville.
He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army during the Pacific Theatre; Receiving the Good conduct medal, Victory Medal, Pacific Campaign, and two Bronze Stars.
He was employed for over 40 years as a tire builder for the former BF Goodrich Company of Oaks until his retirement. He was a member of St. Mary the Assumption Catholic Church in Phoenixville, and member the Friendship Fire Company of Phoenixville, the Polish American Citizens Club, Phoenixville Moose Lodge and former president of the Moose Lodge, and a member of the Spring City American Legion Post 602, Thomas W. O'Connor, and the Veterans of Foreign War. Babe enjoyed gardening.
