Lettenberger, Theodore (Nov. 7, 1894-May 16, 1975 –husband of Martha Meyer [married Jan. 25, 1916 at St. Gregory Catholic Church in St. Nazianz, Town of Eaton] –son of Adolph Lettenberger and Ida Wienkoetz –farmer –from April 21 to Sept. 16, 1919 owned the house at 112 South Fifth Avenue in St. Nazianz –on Sept. 16, 1919 Theodor sold his house at 112 South Fifth Avenue to Joseph and Minnie Wollersheim and, in turn, purchased the 130 acre Joseph Wollersheim farm centered at 21024 County Road C in Section 21, Town of Eaton –this farm was then lost to foreclosure on April 23, 1934 –on Dec. 4, 1918 purchased 5 acres of cedar swamp in the E1/2 of the NE1/4 of Section 29, Town of Eaton –Theodore likely lost this land due to non-payment of property taxes –from June 9, 1931 to Nov. 8, 1937 owned another 10 acres of this same swampland –lived in Valders from 1939 to 1945 –moved to the City of Manitowoc in 1945 –died from “myocardial infarction, acute –arteriosclerotic heart disease”) –buried at St. Gregory Catholic Cemetery in St. Nazianz, Town of Eaton [buried in Section 4, Row 8, Lot 9] [marriage record Manitowoc 12-318] [death record Manitowoc 75-501]
