Mrs. Bertha Wagner, 91, formerly of St. Nazianz, died Thursday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.

Funeral services will be at 10:15 a.m. Saturday at Christianson-Deja Funeral Home and 10:30 a.m. at St. Gregory Catholic Church, St. Nazianz. The Rev. Cyril Dickrell, S.D.S., will officiate with burial in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Wagner, nee Bertha Sukowaty, was born Feb. 11, 1886, in the Town of Eaton, daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes Hamella Sukowaty. She attended St. Gregory School and was employed for many years at the Salvatorian Fathers, St. Nazianz. She was married to Andrew Woelfel, May 5, 1913 at St. Nazianz. He preceded her in death Aug. 2, 1924. She was married to Frank Wagner, April 28, 1925, at Cleveland. He preceded her in death May 16, 1953. Mrs. Wagner was a memeber of St. Gregory Christian Mothers Society. Survivors include three sons, Edward, of Reno, Nev., Alvin, of DePere and Wilbert, of Rt. 1, Valders, a daughter, Mrs. Norbert Rosaindal Schnell, of Rt. 2, Kiel, two step-sons, Alfred Wagner, of St. Nazianz and Alex Wagner, of Rt. 1, Valders, two step-daughters, Mrs. Gregor (Celestine) Geiser and Mrs. Alois (Violet) Geiser of Chilton; two brothers, Ambrose Sukowaty, of Rt. 1, Valders and Erhard Sukowaty, of Henderson, Nev., tow sisters Mary Beil, of Kiel and Esther Brothers, of Brillion, 29 grandchildren, 51 great grand children and a great great grand child. A daughter, 11 brothers and sisters and a step-grandson preceded her in death.

Friends my call at Christianson-Deja Funeral Home, St. Nazianz, from 4 to 9 p.m., Friday, where a parish prayer service will be at 8 p.m.

Wagner (also a widower) [April 28, 1925 at St. Wendel Catholic Church, Cleveland, Town of Centerville] –daughter of Joseph Sukowaty and Agnes Hammala –born Town of Eaton –from 1961 through 1974, lived at 219 Church Street –died from "myocardial infarction, auricular fibullation, hypertension and cancer of lungs") – 4-4-6
