Clement Ferdinand Weber was born November 21, 1908 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Alois J. and Susan E.( Herrmann) Weber. He was baptized November 29, 1908 at St. Francis Catholic Church. His sponsors were Ferdinand and Francisca (Herrmann) Runte. Clem had an older sister Leone, and a younger sister, Cordelia, who resides in Wauwatosa.

Clem graduated from St. Francis grade school and Boys Trade and Technical Schools in Milwaukee. He studied to be a typesetter.
From 1926 to 1930 Clem began working with his uncle, Joseph C. Herrmann, decorating churches. He became a licensed journeyman painter on June 20, 1936.
From 1930 to 1940 he worked for Hans Schmiedl and from 1941 to 1970 Liskowiak Studios, all { based in Milwaukee. His decorating jobs took him to lllinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Ohio and Wisconsin.

In 1927 he worked at the Salvatorian Seminary in St. Nazianz. In 1935 - St. Ambrose Church (Fr. Bede). In 1936 - St. Gregory Church (Father Fintan). In 1946 - Salvatorian Seminary. In 1973 - St. Gregory Rectory (Father Cyril). 1970 he decorated Valders West Church and Valders
Lutheran Church Trinity. In 1979 he repainted various church statues for St. Gregory. He did intricate stencil work and was an expert in applying gold leaf in churches.
Clem met Margaret Stiefvater in Milwaukee. They married in Milwaukee.

The first year they were married, they lived with Margaret's parents. In 1936 they purchased a farm in Liberty Township, on Marken Road and lived there unti11945. On September 27, 1945 they moved to St. Nazianz. In his later years Clem enjoyed gardening, especially growing roses
and tulips.
Clem died January 12, 1980 at Holy Family Hospital in Manitowoc. Cause of death was cardiopulmonary failure due to ASHD and diabetes. He was buried January 15, 1980 in St. Gregory Cemetery.
