Reindl, Arnold Joseph (July 22, 1915-Oct. 5, 1999 –husband of Marian Dietrich [married June 6, 1939 at St. Gregory Catholic Church in St. Nazianz, Town of Eaton] –after Marian died on Oct. 9, 1977, Arnold re-married to the widow Rosemary nee Krutzik Hanke [married April 12, 1980 at St. Charles Catholic Church in the Town of Brothertown, Calumet County] –son of Anton Reindl and Elizabeth Popp –born in Town of Cato –licensed plumber, self-employed –on Jan. 31, 1946 purchased from his father-in-law John Dietrich the hardware and sheet metal business at 213 Church Street in St. Nazianz and created Reindl Plumbing and Heating –this business remained on Church Street until 1958, when it was moved to 403 South Fourth Avenue in St. Nazianz –the building at 213 Church Street was then sold on Sept. 20, 1961 –on Sept. 17, 1958 purchased the vacant lot at 403 South Fourth Avenue and constructed a building into which the Reindl Plumbing and Heating business was moved –Arnold ran this business until his death in 1999 –after his death, the business was continued by his son Frederick Reindl –on Sept. 17, 1958 purchased the vacant lot at 204 South Fifth Avenue in St. Nazianz and had a house built –Marian lived in this house until her death in 1977 –Arnold then re-married to the widow Rosemary Krutzik Hanke in 1980 –Arnold continued to live here until his death in 1995 –Rosemary lived here until it was sold in 2006 –on May 13, 1954 purchased the Forster’s Hall at 206 Church Street in St. Nazianz and converted this social meeting place into an apartment complex –on Nov. 12, 1956 sold this apartment back to the St. Gregory Congregation, which then used this rental unit as a place to house Franciscan Sisters –died from “pneumonia aspiration –supranuclear palsy”) –buried at St. Gregory Catholic Cemetery in St. Nazianz, Town of Eaton [buried in Section 5, Row 7, Lot 22] [first marriage record Manitowoc 28-558] [second marriage Calumet 22-342] [death record Manitowoc 107-493]
