Silbernagel, Peter (Oct. 25, 1826-June 30, 1902 –second husband of Josephine Lutz [married May 27, 1854 at St. Francis Catholic Church in Town of Herman, Sheboygan County] –son of Anton Silbernagel and Anna Marie Kunz [Anton was born March 17, 1781 in Liebshausen, Simmern, Hunsruck, Germany –he married Anna Marie Kunz on April 12, 1812 –she was born Aug. 1, 1792 in Kisselbach, Simmern, Hunsruck, Germany –Adam died Feb. 2, 1839 and Anna on April 7, 1844, both in Kisselbach] –born Kisselbach, Simmern, Hunsruck, Germany –immigrated to the US with his brothers John and Cristof on June 15, 1849 aboard the boat Wellington, arriving in New York City via London –farmer –on Dec. 6, 1887 purchased the Antonia Weinkoetz house, which stood just north of the Opera House at 204 South Fourth Avenue in St. Nazianz –owned this house until selling to Herman Lettenberger on April 7, 1894 –died from “consumption –heart failure” –died in Town of Herman, Sheboygan County) –buried at St. Gregory Catholic Cemetery in St. Nazianz, Town of Eaton [buried in Section 1, Row 11, Lot 13 –stone] [death record Sheboygan 9-93]
