John Abraham was born in White Stile Downs Crowan Cornwall England, he is the son of Henry Abraham and Emma Richard. John married Hannah Branch June 18, 1866 in Penponds, Cornwall, England thay had 1 daughter. they divorced some time before the 1880 Census in Grass Valley. John married Mary Jane Stevens in September 15, 1887, they had 4 children.

John came to the States and settled in Grass Valley where he owned a Cobbler Shop.
