Born in Buchanan County, July 30, 1965 he was the son of Ramie Osborne and Ellie Mae Bailey Osborne of Grundy, VA. He was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County, was of the Baptist Faith and was an avid outdoorsman.
In addition to his parents: Ramie Osborne and Ellie Mae Bailey Osborne of Grundy, VA he is survived by one daughter: Beth D. Osborne of Abingdon, VA; one son: Adam R. Osborne of Grundy, VA; one sister: Kathy Still and husband Mike of Norton, VA and one nephew: John Still of Norton, VA.
Funeral services for Steven Allen Osborne will be held Thursday, February 12, 2004 at 12:00 noon at the Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home Chapel, Grundy, VA with Elder E. C. Honaker officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenhills Memory Gardens at Claypool Hill, VA.
Active Pallbearers will be Bruce Rife, Doug Baker, Donnie Baker, Ray Brown, Justin Sparks and Eric Sparks.
