Harold Jackson Ethridge, Sr., 65, the beloved husband of Mary Kate Blake Ethridge, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 17, 2012, at Tidelands Community Hospice House.

Mr. Ethridge was born the son of John Luther Ethridge and Linnie Estell Casselman Ethridge on April 2, 1947 in Georgetown.

He was a retired thirty plus year employee of Tre-bol. He enjoyed fishing, racing, and spending time with his son and grandson.

He leaves behind: his wife; a son, Harold (Stephanie) Ethridge, Jr.; and a grandson, Corbin Jackson Ethridge. He also leaves behind: a brother, J.W. (Janice) Ethridge; two sisters, Linny E. (Bill) McCutheon and Barbara E. High.

He was predeceased by: his parents, and a brother, Lloyd Ethridge, Sr.

Graveside Service will be 3 PM, Saturday, October 20, 2012 at the Andrews Memorial Cemetery directed by the Andrews Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home.
