HELEN D. AYARS

Helen D. Ayars passed peacefully on January 9, 2006. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on Nov. 6, 1930. She was the daughter of the Late Frank and Mae Bigley of Philadelphia, PA.

Helen was a resident of Pennsville for the past 21 years. She was a homemaker and a Member of the Queen of the Apostles Church. She will always be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Helen is survived by her husband of 52 years Milton "Mike" Ayars, Jr., three children; son Mike Ayars of Carney's Point, NJ, daughter; Debbie Featherer and son in law Jay of Pennsville and son; Kevin Ayars also of Pennsville. She leaves to cherish her memory four grandchildren; Stephen, Jason and Ryan Ayars of PA, and A.J. Featherer of Pennsville, one great grandson; Dylan Ayars. Helen is also survived by sister; Mary Bennett of Parkton, MD.

Predeceased by brothers; Buddy and Joe Bigley and sisters; Margaret Kirk and Catherine Blyler.

Mass of Christian Burial will by held 11:00 AM Fri. Jan. 13, at the Queen of the Apostles Church, Pennsville where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the Church. Burial will follow at the Sharptown Methodist Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the LAUGHREY FUNERAL HOME, Pennsville.
