Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at Holy Family Convent Chapel.
The Rev. Julian Rsch, O. Praem, will officiate and burial will be in the
convent cemetery.
Sister Angelique, nee Bertha Seeman, was born April 20, 1878, at St. Denis,
France, daughter of the late John and Angelique Bortholdt Seeman. She
immigrated to the United States in 1885. She entered the Order of Franciscan
Sisters of Christian Charity Nov. 7, 1902, and professed her vows Aug. 15,
1905. She had taught schools at Rice Lake, Middleton, Neopit and Algoma, Wis.,
and Petoskey, Manistique, Menominee, Ironwood, Cross Village and Escanaba, Mich.
There are no immediate survivors.
Friends may call at the convent from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Pfeffer
Funeral Home, Manitowoc, is in charge of funeral arrangements.
