See Missouri Death Certificate #1338. Mr. Nivens was a Farmer. His father was Thomas Nivens and his mother was Ann Youree. Benjamin first married Sarah Koger on Feb. 23, 1879, then wife #2 was Julia Ashcraft who he married on Mar. 6, 1890 and wife #3 was Sarah Ellen " Ellie" Campbell Dickerson and they married on Oct 6, 1909.
