Beatrice N. Neils, 74, of 17925 County Road X, went to her eternal rest on Monday, March 6, 2000 at Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center, where she had been a patient for the past two weeks.

Beatrice was born March 7, 1925 in the town of Schleswig, the daughter of the late Edward and Mary (Binversie) Mueller. Beatrice attended Holy Trinity School.

Beatrice Mueller and Milan Neils were united in marriage on April 27, 1946.

They celebrated 50 years of marriage in 1996. The couple farmed in the town of Schleswig, retiring in 1982. Beatrice enjoyed gardening, playing cards and her nightly game of scrabble with her husband.

She was a lifelong member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in School Hill, where she was also a member of the Christian Women.

She is survived by her husband Milan, her three sons, Glenn (Delores), Randy (Sandy) and Mark (Sandy), all of Kiel. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Craig (fiancee, Tola) and Christopher, Stephanie and Ryan and Joseph (special friend, Nicole), Jon, Eric and Erin. She is also survived by one sister, Rita Thiel, Sheboygan; four sisters-in-laws, Ruth (Henry) Arpke, Elkhart Lake, Arleen Gahagan, Valerie (Mutzie) Neils, Gladys (Milton) Mueller, all of Kiel, Lois (Dale) Brault of El Dorado; and three brothers-in-law, William (Theresa) Neils, Elwood (Joyce) Neils, both of Elkhart Lake, and Jerome Neils of Kiel. She was preceded in death by two infant children, Mary and Gregory; her sister, Judith and her brothers-in-law, Frederick Thiel, Hugh Gahagan and Warren Neils.

Funeral Mass will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 9, 2000 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, School Hill with the Rev. Gerald Sirois, pastor, and Deacon James Steffen officiating.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday at the CHURCH, from 3 p.m. until the time of service.

A memorial has been established in her name.
