He was born in Reading on May 4, 1927, a son of the late Anna (Keilar) and Michael Andras.
Joseph was a graduate of Reading High School.
He served in the U.S. Navy in World War II.
Joseph worked laying the Mobil pipeline and then for Reading Brewing Company. He retired from Wernersville State Hospital, Wernersville where he worked in Maintenance.
He is survived by his brother and his nieces and nephews.
Services are private and at the convenience of family.
Interment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
