HARRIS ANDERSON KEMPER, SR., age 84, passed away Friday, October 19, 2012. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Doris Kemper and his son, Harris Anderson "Butch" Kemper, Jr. He leaves his daughters, Peggy Kemper Samuels of Memphis and Patricia Kemper Boren of Horn Lake, MS, and grandson, Sean Harris Kemper of Southaven, MS; three granddaughters, Rachel Boren Young of Olive Branch, April Boren Johnson of Southaven and Heather Boren Oakes of Memphis; four great-grandchildren; his brothers, George Kemper and Royal Kemper. Family graveside services, Thursday, October 25 at 3 p.m. in Forest Hill Cemetery South. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
