The funeral of Mrs. Jane Lawrence Thomas, who died Wednesday at the residence of her son-in-law, James V. Wagner, 139 West Lafayette avenue, took place at Emmanuel Church, Read and Cathedral streets, yesterday. Rev. Dr. J. H. Eccleston, assisted by Dr. Rev. Wm. M. Dame, officiated. The pallbearers were Messrs. John C. Thomas, G. Leifer Thomas, Dr. Henry M. Thomas, James Carey of Thomas, Nathan Winslow, James F. Wagner, Joseph R. Ford and Dr. Thomas B. McCormick. The interment took place at Greenmount.
Among relatives present at the funeral were Mr. Walter R. Wood and Miss Anna W. Brown, of New York, and Mr. and Mrs. William L. Boswell and Mrs. W. Harmar Thomas of Philadelphia.
