Airman 2nd Class Anthony USAF was a passenger on-board US NAVY NATS flight aircraft# 131612. The aircraft was a R6D1 (DC-6) type. While making an approach to Hickham AFB, Hawaii at 0216 AM in the morning from the west. The aircraft impacted "PaliKea" mountain just outsid US Naval Magazine,Naval Ammunition Depot NAD (Oahu), Lualualei. No survivors were noted. His home of record was Hobart, Indiana and survived by Mr & MRS Jay & Beatrice Anthony of Hobart. This site is dedicated to remembrance of this person.
