Larry Garrard officiated at the funeral service. Burial in Reid Cemetery. Mr. Bailey retired from Republic Steel. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra McTaggart. He is survived by his grandchildren, Lynn (Anna) Hartsook and Debora (Bret) Spague; great-grandson, Steven Sprague; brothers, Walter Joe (Mary) Bailey and Hubert E.
