George married Maria Euphrosina Eaton November 13, 1890. Maria was born December 10, 1869 and adopted by Peter and Euphrosina Schram. She was giving the name Eaton because she came from the town of Eaton. After her adoption, she was called Euphrozine Schram. No information about her birth parents has been uncovered.

George and Euphrozine had six children, John, Peter, Nick, rose, Anna Terresia and Isidore. The family lived at Pleasant View Farm in the town of Meeme, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. They farmed 80 acres in Section 5.

George Eisert died June 22, 1925 as a result of pernicious anemia, a blood disease. He is buried at Holy Trinity Cemetery, in School Hill.

Euphrozine died at the Outagamie county Asylum September 8, 1941. She spent the last years of her life there because of tragic circumstances. In 1933, she lost $1800.00 after a bank closed. She was pressed for payments and set fire to her house and barn in order to collect insurance money. She was admitted to Northern Hospital in Winnebago,Wisconsin and then transferred to the County Asylum. Euphrozine is buried at the Asylum Cemetery in Appleton, Wisconsin.
