Joseph James "JW" Weatherly, III of Falls Church, VA died Friday, January 6, 2012 from an extended illness. He was born March 6, 1942 and was preceded in death by his parents Doris and Joseph Weatherly, Jr. He is survived by two brothers, Thomas and Robert; four children, Betty, Jay, John and Penny; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Friends were able to call at the MURPHY FALLS CHURCH FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday, January 10 from 6 to 8 PM. Services were held on Wednesday, January 11 at 11 AM, with interment following in 'Chestnut Grove Cemetery,' Herndon, Fairfax Co., VA.
