David P. Heane, 31, of Devlin Street, Gallitzin, died Saturday at home. He was born in Altoona, son of Joseph and Theresa (Buck) Heane. Surviving are his parents; siblings: Bill, Angie (Jim) Lynch and Dana; nieces: Breanna and Gabrielle Lynch; and special friend, Carmen Detwiler. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Charles and Marie (Switzler) Heane and Jacob and Irma (Koons) Buck. Viewing will be private at the convenience of the family. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Demetrius Catholic Church, Gallitzin. Arrangements are by Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church St., Gallitzin.
