Hazel M. Fenner Laymon, 89, 630 West Main Street, died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. George Stratton, Thursday evening, February 4, 1982.
She was born December 30, 1892, in Highland County, the daughter of Walter and Edith Achor Scott.
She was a member of Hillsboro Church of Christ.
Survivors include one son, Dr. Walter Fenner of Hillsboro; two daughters, Mrs. Helen Vanzant and Mrs. George (Mary) Vanzant, both of Hillsboro; 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
Services will be Monday at 3 P.M. at Hope Miller Funeral Home. Richard Carpenter will officiate. Burial will be in Dunn's Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation at the funeral home will be 6 to 8 P.M. Sunday.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hillsboro Church or Christ or Dunn's Chapel Cemetery Association.
