Baker, Jacob Thompson b. April 13, 1847 d. December 7, 1919 U.S. Congressman. Educated at Bucknell University, he studied law, was admitted to the bar in 1870 and commenced to practice law in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania and was chairman of the Democratic State convention in 1905. Moving to New Jersey, he was one of the founders of Wildwood, first Mayor of the City of Wildwood, (1911-12) and a delegate to the Democratic National Convention in 1912.
