Graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1973, received Associate Degree in Business Administration from Beckley College in 1975, received Bachelor of Science Degree from Concord University in Business and Secondary Education in 1977, received Master's of Science Degree in Adult and Vocational-Technical Education from Marshall University in 1985, and received 45 Post-Master's education hours in 1996. Began teaching in Raleigh County at the Academy of Careers and Technology in 1980 and has served as Placement and Data Coordinator since 1996.
