My name is Tammie English. I was born in Houston, Texas. I have a lot of relatives that are still living so out of respect and privacy to them, I won't list too many names. My paternal grandfather was an Adkison and his wife was a Hendricks (they were from Shelby County, Texas). My Maternal grandfather was a Favazza and his wife a Stewart (they were from Shelby County, Tennessee). I am related to all of the Favazza's on this site and hope to add more soon. I am related to the Magliolo's as my great great aunt was Grazia (Grace) Favazza and she married Salvatore Magliolo (Maglio). The family came to the USA in the early 1900's from Terrasini, Palermo, Sicily. I have been researching this family for quite some time and have made substancial progress but I am always looking for every bit of info that I can get.My grandfather, Anthony John Favazza (son of Vito Favazza)was interested in the family history and I guess it was passed down to me. From what I gather, he started a family history album and I since his passing, I have decided to continue with it. I hope to have it on the internet soon and as I get closer to that time, I will keep this page updated to reflect it's progress.
