Bio

American expatriate currently living between Lisbon, Portugal and London, UK. My mother (deceased) was of English extraction and my father is of Portuguese extraction. I was born in New York, NY on June, 13th 1971 but have been living abroad since 1980.
I have a BA in International Reltions from Lisbon's UTL and an MA in European Studies from the LSE (in London, obviously).
I am currently working on my third novel. That's my "job description": writer. My dream come true? In most ways. But a lot more hard work than I had ever imagined.
Interests: writing, reading, music (blues, folk, alternative pop, classical, mpb, punk cabaret, fado, chanson), films, religions(studying them - not following any organized one), philosophy, vegeterianism, anarcho-christianism, GLBT rights, deep-rooted sense of loyalty to my friends (some of my best ones even happen to be related to me), travelling around the world (but it's been mostly Europe, Brazil, Canada & the US thus far), and I could truly go on forever...
