I have been researching my own genealogy for the last 22 years. My son got me interested when one day he asked me who our oldest relative was. I could only tell him my maternal Great Grandmother who was born in 1889. I didn't know where she was born, who her parents were. I only knew her 2 daughters.

This is what started me on my ancestral journey and it has been exciting to find out info on all my relatives I had never known. :)
