Genealogy is my passion. Working on my family history has also made me realize how transitory life is. Now, after many years of dedicated research I have come to the full realization that I will most likely leave many of my family questions unanswered.

However I hope that my children, grandchildren or great grandchildren will one day pick up where I left off. I do not want them to follow my footprints but to find new roads leading them to the answers I could not find.

Working together with my online friends we try to teach people how to find their own answers to their genealogy questions; how to access genealogy related records. We also encourage them to develop and carry out a sensible research plan. I also enjoy scrapbooking.

A few family surnames that I research include: LAW - DAIL -SLAUGHTER. LAW is from Lancanshire UK,DAIL is from Anderson Co TN. SLAUGHTER is from Erath TX.
