I was once a volunteer firefighter. Since I can't volunteer with the fire service & serve the community any longer. I decided I am going to be volunteering to take photos & edit any other information I can for the Find A Grave community. I also plan to find volunteers to aid in cleaning grave yard sites & head stones, by cleaning, proper mowing & picking up fallen stones or straightening them up or placing some type of markers on unknown graves or unmarked graves. These are, our neighbors, friends, families and we owe it to them or they deserve a respectful resting spot.
