I have been researching my family for more than 30 years. I want to thank the many generous and wonderful people who have walked cemeteries for me so that I may gain information about my family. A year ago, I posted a few requests on Findagrave.com for pictures. The volunteers took their time to go to the cemetery and take pictures for me. I was inspired by the favor so I decide to pay-it-forward. I now volunteer to take pictures at two local cemeteries. My postings are intended solely to help people locate the grave of a relative or friend, and possibly establish genealogical connections.
