I ran across this site while looking for information on an obituary for Kayla Ballard, Which was my best friend, cousin, and basically little sister. I've always been fascinated with cemeteries and headstones, I don't know why it's just something that I got into when I was younger, so I signed up for this site.
Kayla was only 12 yrs. old when she passed away from an automobile accident, she was on her way home from school and her boyfriend was driving, He lost control of the car and it flipped 5 times, throwing her out. She was then airlifted to a children's hospital in Memphis, told us she was brain dead and they pulled life support Saturday night. She was born July 9, 1994, and passed February 17, 2007.
Kayla was a very sweet child and she had plenty of friends and family that loved her dearly. She was our angel, and she loved everybody and everything about life. She will be well remembered and loved no matter what. Heartfelt sympathy goes out to her mother, Stephanie Elliot Ballard, father Jeff Ballard, Grandfather Bud Elliot, And Grand mother, Mary Ballard.
