In 1999 my Aunt Marlene handed me two family trees she'd created: Keller and Frauendorfer. That was all it took. I was hooked. 20 years later, the amount of genealogical data now available on the web is nothing short of amazing.

The elders in your family are living libraries. Before it is too late -- ask them about their life! Stories they remember. Anything. You can't pass down a family story unless you first hear it. Twenty years from now, you'll be exceedingly grateful that you did... once they go on ahead of us, their stories go with them.
