I was born in Tulsa, OK and grew up on a farm between Tulsa and Broken Arrow. I have lived in Texas since I left Oklahoma State University. I worked for IBM as a programmer for 30 years, then did contract programming for several years until the economy eliminated the type of work I was doing. I'm fully retired now and my wife, Iris, and I enjoy traveling the country in our fifth-wheel RV.
