Bio

Hello.....I am an Amateur Genealogist / Historian following our Family Trees with my wife Joanne.

Henry 's line - Vinandy, Lorang, DeLagardelle, Staudt, Schenten, Offermann, Bettendorff, among others.

Joanne's line - Wickens, Freiburger, Caskanette (Also Casagnette, Caskenette, Caskinette, Castagnett etc.), Cousineau, Eastcott, Gies, Prophet, Quenneville, Valad, among others.

Genealogy begins as an interest.
Continues as a vocation.
Takes over as an obsession.
It's last stage Is an incurable disease.
---------------------------------------------------
"You will never be forgotten as long as we keep you in our memories.
Death ends a Life, but not a Relationship."
---------------------------------------------------
Those we love don't go away
They walk beside us every day
Unseen, unheard, but always near
Still loved, still missed
Still ever dear
----------------------------------------------------

Also................

To all who remind us the primary purpose of Find a Grave is "GRAVE REGISTRATION", and then recite in their bio the FAG rules... yes I get it!... but it is a mere "starting point".

Please lets work together to share and seek to know more about the folks who have gone before us, what they looked like and where they lived as we register their graves.

I add flowers often, there is not always a family connection. I leave them to show respect and to make sure they are not forgotten.

To sum this up they are NOT JUST A NAME ON A STONE.....
