My family, the Southards are from England, New England and North Carolina and migrated to Hamilton and Hancock counties in Indiana in the early 1800s. Other surnames in my family tree include, Musselman, Castetter and Meek and are also from Hamilton and Hancock counties in Indiana. The Wilds and Musselmans are from Germany and migrated to Hamilton Co. Indiana in the late 1800s and early 1900s.
