Genealogy is a relatively new hobby for me. It's become more obvious to me that it's a dying art and that people don't realize how important it is to keep up with family information until we lose a valuable source: our kin (sometimes, that's the only source we have). My hopes are to help create a catalogue of sorts for my children and extended family members so that they may pass along valuable this information down the road.
