To Honor Janelle I ask that all women and men take a stand and ask your Senators and Legislators to change the laws in this country. Every state should have laws on the books to protect our women and children from rapists and murderers. Too many are suffering and dying. Everyday you hear of the deaths of children and women. In this day and age why havent our laws changed to protect the innocent? Why do rapists walk free, go unaccounted for and give false residency and continue to victimize our women and children. NO RAPIST MURDERER SHOULD BE ALOUD TO BE FREE!

Another law that should be added to the books Mandatory DNA testing for Felons. Sex offenders and Murderers that could have raped over and over again with slipping from state to state not ever being caught because the mandatory DNA test laws are not on state books. MAKE CHANGE CALL YOUR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS!
