Hi, I am a Cambridge native born into a large Irish, Catholic family. My parents are James H. Daley and Alida Doherty Daley, both are at rest at the Cambridge City Cemetery. I am a fourth generation Massachusetts woman. Cambridge Cemetery and Mount Auburn Cemetery have always been intriguing places to visit. My parents took us there from a very young age. As I got older I found more interest in the people who rested there. It felt like a walk back into history to read the different stones and wonder about the people who had passed.
