Bio

Growing up I never really knew anything about my father's side of the family. His mother was a Smith (Jackson County, Georgia) and his father was a Shannon (Banks County, Georgia) In my search The Shannon's history was found with ease, The Smith's , not so much. It is a puzzle locked up within itself, I'm afraid I may never find the missing pieces here...... I have searched everything there is to be found, but hoping that with the start of the new year ( 2012 ) and the release of census record's somethings might come to light for me in my search. Because The Smith's are lost in time, I am determined to seek and to find this history gone by, before another generation is dead and gone. I want to leave behind for my 2 children and 4 grandAngel's their root's........and where they come from.
