I am a pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. I first became interested in genealogy when I was a pastor in Elizabeth, IL. I had a parishioner in the second congregation that I served who asked about my family and when I said that I didn't know much about where they came from, she started doing the research and has gotten me interested in my family's history as well. I enjoy walking through cemeteries and I have been blessed to find a few living relatives along the way.
