Bio

I've been working on my family history for 40 years now, all main family lines, and I've added both of my step-in-laws and my stepdaughters' maternal lines as well. I sandwiched my genealogy research in between raising kids and working full-time. My baby is officially an adult now, and I have been working part-time in recent years.

As a result, I have spent massive amounts of time on the computer in those recent years. I am a long way from my own family lines' geographical areas, so I've never spent much time in cemeteries or courthouses. After seeing all the work contributors have put into this website for other people's families, I plan to walk a cemetery or two myself this summer.

I can't thank the contributors enough who have recorded my families' gravesites. It's such a wonderful service for those of us who can't travel.

Some of the family lines I'm researching are: Williams, Stensaas (Norway), King, Vold (Norway), Kisor, Treat, Blakley, Evans, Fleming (Germany), Guthrie, Murphy, Bailey, Gary, Barela, Chavez, Gandy, Edlich (Austria), Estabrooks, Lane, and Hines.
