Bio

In 1957 when I was 16 years old, my father said to me one sunny May Saturday morning, "today I would like you to go to the cemetery meeting with me, up on Poker Hill there is a little cemetery: your grandparents; your great grandparents; and your great great grandparents are buried there and when I am dead and gone someone is going to have to look after the cemetery." Everyone knows that is just what a 16 year old boy wants to do on a sunny May Saturday morning is go to a cemetery meeting and hang out with old 35 and 40 year old people!! I have been a member of the North Underhill Cemetery Association for the last 60 plus years. I am presently the co-sexton and the treasurer.
